Gabriola Players delivered an outstanding production of Four One-Act Plays that pushed the boundaries and explored the hilarity, drama, jealousy, romance and the occasional insanity of “relationships”.
Three performances were held at the Rollo Centre on March 22-23 and the audience showed their appreciation with thunderous applause and an endless string of superlatives for the talent and skill of the performers. Of course, all successful productions have excellent directors and a crew that makes it all come together.
This production introduced three new actors and another director to the Gabriola Players family and it was our very first performance at our new venue.

The Grand Design by Susan Miller, directed by Steve O’Neill featured Catherine Andersen and Michael Kirkpatrick.
Post Its – Notes on a Marriage by Paul Dooley and Winnie Holzman, directed by Jean Wyenberg featured Margaret Litt and Nick Squire.
Boise, Idaho by Sean Michael Welch, directed by Jean Wyenberg featured Nadine Acosta, Paul O’Sullivan, Nicolas Heather and Miranda Holmes.
The Exquisite Hour by Stewart Lemoine, directed by Jean Llewellyn featured Donna Deacon and Darien Edgeler.
