Well, here we are, enjoying those lazy, crazy and unexpectedly hazy days of summer. Hope your garden is doing well and you’re grabbing your chance to get in or on the water.
Not this coming weekend, of course, as it’s the 9th Gabriola Theatre Festival. Gabriola Players will be taking part in the opening ceremony, this year honouring the wonderful Robert’s Place, which has been our season sponsor for four years in a row.
We will also have our usual table at the street fair on Sunday. Please drop by between 10am and 4pm to find out what we’re up to in the coming season, renew your membership or just have a bit of a chin wag.

On Thursday, September 21st we will be holding auditions at the Rollo at 7pm for our 2017 panto: May the Farce Be with You, written by Andrew Yates and directed by Ginny Lowes.
Our Annual General Meeting will be on Sunday, September 24th at 2pm. (Venue to be confirmed.)
