We will be launching our 2019/2020 season at Cultivate. Special Delivery will prove – in case there was any doubt – that it’s not just what you say that matters, but how you say it.
During the show, the same scene will be performed, delivered three different ways to demonstrate the many meanings the written word can have. We are looking for up to six actors – men and women of all ages to take part. There will be a short scene to memorise and six rehearsals in late August, (Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm to 9pm at the Rollo) prior to our performance in the Goat Barn on Sunday, September 1 from 1pm to 2pm. Attention playwrights and students
A reminder that August 31st is the deadline for Gabriola playwrights to submit their one-act plays for consideration for our 2020 One-Act Play Festival.
August 31st is also the deadline for receipt of applications from theatre students for the Don Whitton Memorial Bursary.
